Job Description
This is a critical role within a new Technology function of a global B2C organisation. The role focuses on strategy, improvement, innovation, and change.
About You
You should have experience in managing and leading business systems and project delivery teams. Following a recent restructure, there is an opportunity to shape the team and introduce new resources across three components within the organisational structure. A key aspect of this role is to introduce innovative methods for delivering engaging and meaningful applications/products to a large global audience across multiple channels. Experience in the Higher Education sector is desirable but not essential.
* Strong leadership, mentoring, and people development skills
* Degree or relevant work experience
* Experience in formulating and implementing business systems strategies globally
* Knowledge of Salesforce, Google Cloud, AWS (beneficial)
* Ability to oversee CRM processes, product management systems, technical support, and governance
* Experience in building high-caliber business systems and project teams
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and instill confidence
* Experience managing external vendors
* Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
