My client are seeking an experienced part time administrator used to working under pressure and focusing on deadlines, with an excellent attention to detail. You will be personable, studious, demonstrate on your cv a fantastic attention to detail in a previous role. You will be outgoing and have excellent written and spoken English as you will be standing in for your manager dealing with clients when the manager is busy.
With a focused eye and having experience of data entry and using excel you will be managing the clients stock spreadsheet with has 1000s of items, each with multiple entries. This information is very important and needs to be treated as such and inputted carefully. Working alongside the manager this part time role, initially starting on 2 days has the opportunity to grow to 4 days, possibly more as you will grow into the role and take on more duties and responsibilities. Hours are 8-4 with 30 minute break at lunch and 2 15 minute breaks either side.
The client will conduct an interview first and subject to successful interview the position is 3 months initially to see how this extra resource helps the busy stock department.
Ideally you would be a car driver and are in commuting distance to Hemel Hempstead.
