SENIOR BLOCK MANAGER – Property Management

A highly respected professional Property Company based in the Harrow area are seeking an experienced Senior Block Manager to join their expanding team. Previous experience in Block Management, Management Accounts and Section 20’s is essential.
This is a superb opportunity for an experienced and proactive Block Manager to join an established and respected professional property company in the North West London area
The company manages an extensive residential and commercial portfolio, and they are looking for someone with the right skillset, industry knowledge, and customer service attitude to help continue their tradition of excellence.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Managing a diverse and well-established portfolio of residential and commercial blocks
* Handling all aspects of Block Management including Section 20 Notices, budgets, management accounts, and AGMs
* Liaising effectively with leaseholders, contractors, and clients
* Attending meetings and AGMs as required
* Arranging maintenance and repairs as needed
* Preparing service charge budgets and financial reports
* Maintaining compliance and keeping up to date with legislation
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Proven experience in Block / Property Management
* Sound understanding of residential and commercial leases
* Strong knowledge of Section 20 legislation and service charge budgeting
* IRPM, ARLA or RICS qualification preferred
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
* Confident, professional and highly organised
* Full UK driving licence and own car required
* Local area knowledge would be advantageous
