As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior tech knowledge is required. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. Here, you’ll acquire valuable skills to help you sell, serve, and support our customers, making every interaction count. From supplier training and product demos to testing the latest gadgets, we equip you with the confidence to provide top-notch recommendations.
Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include weekends. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally from 9am to 8pm, with local variations.
Role overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Asking the right questions to match customers with products.
2. Making every customer interaction memorable.
3. Offering support services like delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
4. Contributing to the overall sales performance of the store.
5. Working across different departments and product ranges.
6. Supporting store operations by completing various tasks.
