We are looking for
an enthusiastic and dynamic
Advanced Nurse Practitioner
to join our dedicated multi-disciplinary team

state-of-the-art
newly redeveloped
Inpatient Unit
.
This would suit someone who is motivated, compassionate, flexible and who has an interest in palliative care. The role is within the medical
team,
and you will work closely with the medical director and director of clinical and patient services. There will be opportunities to
participate
in education and audit, as well as deliver excellent care to patients and their loved ones accessing hospice service

onsultants to deliver specialist palliative care to patients in our Inpatient Unit and

entre, in a holistic man

r, considering social,
emotional
and spiritual health as well as physical symptoms

Our aim is to provide individualised care, seeing the patient behind the diagnosis, so they can achieve their best
possible quality
of life. There will be excellent support for personal and professional development and opportunities for quality improvement work
