What you’ll do
* Install, commission, and acceptance‑test detector systems (on‑site and remote)
* Deliver training to users after installation
* Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
* Own customer support cases from first contact to resolution
* Escalate complex issues to engineering teams
* Maintain clear documentation and service records
* Spot recurring issues and work with teams to improve reliability
* Travel internationally to research facilities (up to 50%)
What we’re looking for
* Hands‑on experience in technical support, service, or maintenance
* Confident with oscilloscopes, test equipment, Windows & Linux
* Strong communicator who enjoys working with customers
* Proactive, detail‑focused problem solver
* Bonus: experience with scientific instrumentation, programming, or radiation safety
