Responsibilities
* Leading the kitchen team to deliver high standards during service
* Supporting rota efficiency and managing kitchen GP
* Helping maintain stock levels and control
* Mentoring, developing, and motivating chefs at every level
* Running daily briefings in the Head Chef’s absence
* Ensuring full compliance with health & food safety standards
* Creating an open, honest kitchen culture where people thrive
* Building strong communication between kitchen and FOH teams
Qualifications
* Enthusiastic, experienced, and team-focused
* Detail-obsessed and committed to quality at every level
* Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
* Comfortable with ordering, rota planning, and GP control
* Mentor who supports others and keeps standards high
