Contracts & Tendering Coordinator Employment Type: Full Time/Permanent Location: Aberdeen Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, with a daily half hour break. The role, reporting to the Contracts Manager, will support the effective co-ordination of all commercial and tendering activity. The key roles and responsibilities are as follows: • Support the Commercial team, managing administrative tasks, maintaining systems, coordinating projects and ensuring commercial procedures are followed. • Provide commercial support and guidance to all internal departments as and when required. • General administration and clerical duties. • Support Group tendering activities as required during periods of peak activity. • Provide support to Specialist Services as required with commercial matters. • Provide support to Key Account Managers as required. Minimum Competencies (Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours) • Commercial and/or tendering experience in the Oil and Gas industry. • An effective communicator, both verbal and written. • Confident in managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring challenging deadlines are met without loss of quality. • Accustomed to working effectively in a fast-paced environment, flexible and adaptive to changing workloads and priorities, where high standards are not compromised under pressure. • Excellent attention to detail ensuring accuracy and clarity. • Computer literate with well-developed IT skills across the MS Suite and advanced Excel user skills. • Ability to work stand-alone, demonstrating initiative and ownership, while a positive contributor to the wider team. Desirable Qualifications • Degree educated • Full UK Driving Licence
