We are seeking a Senior Specialist in SuccessFactors Compensation/PMGM to lead the governance, evolution, and optimisation of our SuccessFactors modules, including Compensation, Variable Pay, Performance & Goal Management (PMGM), Succession Management, and Career Development Plan (CDP).
This is a hybrid business-facing and technology role, responsible for defining requirements, assessing releases, overseeing third-party vendors, ensuring compliance, and safeguarding payroll accuracy and stability across all legal entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Govern and optimise SuccessFactors Compensation, Variable Pay, PMGM, Succession, and CDP modules.
Own requirements definition, release assessment, and alignment to policies and standards.
Provide oversight of third-party configuration activity to ensure outcomes meet expectations.
Uphold compliance, risk controls, and system stability.
Support accurate and reliable payroll processes through strong HRIS governance.
Ideal Profile:
Strong functional expertise across SuccessFactors talent and reward modules.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence both business and technical teams.
Experience governing vendor-delivered configuration and system changes.
A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
