THE ROLE
1. Develop and deliver an engaging, insight-led social content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
2. Manage day-to-day social media activity, including scheduling, posting, community engagement and moderation
3. Plan, execute and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, and Google Ads
4. Monitor performance, manage budgets and carry out A/B testing to continually improve creative, targeting and results
5. Analyse and report on organic and paid social performance, turning insights into actionable recommendations
6. Collaborate with sponsors, partners and influencers to deliver commercially aligned social campaigns
7. Support and mentor junior team members
ABOUT YOU
8. A motivated marketer ready to progress into a senior social media role
9. Proven experience managing social media channels end-to-end
10. Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns via Meta Business Suite and Google Ads
11. Strong understanding of analytics, reporting and A/B testing
12. Experience creating and editing short-form video content for social
13. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
14. Confident communicator with strong copywriting and stakeholder management skills
