Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Architect, you will:
* Lead and participate in substantial and complex projects, managing design teams to ensure effective delivery of work programmes.
* Prepare detailed plans, coordinate design information, and produce both concept and detailed drawings.
* Administer contracts, including JCT and NEC suites, while managing project performance commercially.
* Support and lead local and national bids, networking to generate new opportunities.
* Mentor and coach fellow team members, promoting architectural excellence.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
* You are a qualified Architect (preferably Chartered) with outstanding design capabilities and technical detailing skills.
* You have experience in team management and can demonstrate competence across all stages of the RIBA Plan of Work.
* You possess strong knowledge of current regulations, procurement methods, contract administration, and are proficient in BIM using REVIT/Autodesk products.
* You excel at building and maintaining positive client relationships, both internally and externally.
* You thrive in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment and bring innovation to your design approach.
