* Conduct motor inspections and audits using advanced technology.
* Authorize repairs efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Maintain close communication with approved repairers to monitor performance and build relationships.
* Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Membership of IAEA / IMI / IRTE preferred.
* ATA / VDA accreditation or working towards it.
* Basic understanding of motor claims and insurance principles.
* Proficiency in Audatex or similar estimating systems.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with a positive, confident approach.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* PC literate with good administrative skills.
