We’re working on a key leadership role with a high-growth, client-centric professional services firm making serious moves in the legal and compliance space.
This is a newly created position that will suit someone who thrives in a consultative, fast-moving environment, who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and build something scalable. You’ll lead on all things business development — from strategy to execution — working closely with service leads, legal operations experts and delivery teams to win new clients and grow existing accounts.
Initially, you’ll be hands-on generating new business yourself, but the longer-term vision is to grow a team around you. This role reports into the Head of Clients, Markets and Advisory and manages the BD operations and account teams.
You’ll need to be confident selling into general counsel, heads of legal operations and law firms. A background in legal or professional services is essential, as is a strong track record of consultative sales and exceeding revenue targets.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit leadership team with a clear focus on quality, growth and innovation.
Location: London, with hybrid flexibility
Salary: Competitive with bonus
Level: Associate Director
