Food Production Operative – Night Shift
Location: Musselburgh
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday – midnight to 9am (night shift)
Employment type: Temporary to permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
* Retrieve orders from the answer machine
* Add orders to the database
* Work as a team to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy
* Make up customer orders
* Scan orders out to the customer
Requirements
* Excellent work ethic with a can‑do attitude
* Previous experience in a similar role is ideal but not essential; full training will be provided
* Reference from a previous employer within the last 3 years (required for ISO accreditation)
* Ability to lift and move items up to 20kg
* Ability to work on a fast‑paced production line
* Reliable transport to arrive for early morning shift (5:30am or 6am)
