Job Description
1. Outbound lead qualification & registration
2. Liaising with the Client/Stakeholders regularly
3. Handling all customer interactions promptly, friendly, and professionally
4. Understanding customer requirements and providing product advice
5. Advising customers on the best services available
6. Building rapport with customers
7. Capturing, maintaining, and ensuring the quality of customer data
8. Contributing to the overall team performance
9. Achieving individual and team targets
Qualifications
1. Experience in the automotive industry, ideally related to parts, products, and catalogues
2. A passion for delivering first-class customer service
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
4. Proven experience in customer service, both internal and external
5. Self-motivated and driven to succeed
6. Team player
7. Technically savvy with a good understanding of the internet, smartphones, and applications
8. IT literate with good PC skills
9. Committed to achieving individual and team goals

* Monday – Friday, 0800 – 1600 or 0900 - 1700
