They are looking to hire an additional Property Manager (or Assistant Property Manager ready to step up) for a fully home based role as follows: * Working officed based (in Littlehampton) initially, before moving to a home-based model once settled * Overseeing a long retained, high quality local portfolio of blocks situated between Brighton & Eastbourne * Focused on site visitation, budgets, and major works, with all admin/resident queries dealt with by a dedicated team (saving you time and ensuring an excellent work life balance) * Working a standard 9.00 -5.30 Mon-Thu, with an early finish on Fridays * Outstanding career path with support for industry qualifications and ongoing professional development * Longstanding vibrant team with minimal staff turnover and lots of socials!
