A well-established regional law firm is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join its litigation team based in Luton. The role will suit a solicitor looking to work on a broad caseload of civil, commercial and property disputes within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The team acts for a mix of individuals and businesses across a variety of contentious matters, offering the successful candidate exposure to quality work and the opportunity to take ownership of files.
Duties
* Managing a caseload of civil, commercial and property disputes
* Advising clients on dispute strategy and resolution options
* Handling matters through negotiation, mediation and litigation
* Drafting statements of case, correspondence and settlement agreements
* Working closely with colleagues across the firm on multi-disciplinary matters
Successful Candidate
* Qualified solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in dispute resolution
* Experience handling a mix of civil, commercial or property litigation matters
* Confident managing files independently with appropriate supervision
* Strong communication and client management skills
* Commercially aware with a practical approach to resolving disputes
