Huntswood is on the lookout for passionate and knowledgeable Customer Service Advisors to support a leading pension provider in Crawley. If you have experience in financial services and a solid understanding of pension products, this is your chance to shine.
As the first point of contact, you'll be the friendly, professional voice that guides customers through their pension queries-offering tailored support that leaves a lasting impression. You'll help people feel heard, valued, and confident in their financial future.
Start Date: Monday 14th July
Day Rate: £160 (via Husp Umbrella only - we can help you get set up)Location: Crawley (3 weeks in-office, then hybrid: 2 days in-office/week)Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 8:30am - 6:00pm

What We're Looking For
* Experience in telephony-based customer service, ideally within financial services
* Pension product knowledge is a big plus
* A natural communicator with a passion for helping people
* Ability to spot and support vulnerable customers
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and confidence navigating multiple systems
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word
* A suitable home workspace and reliable broadband for hybrid working
