OVERVIEW:
- Opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor to join the firm as a Legal Aid Supervisor.
- Potential to step in as Head of Department or progress into the role via a clear development pathway.
- Management of a diverse family law caseload with a primary focus on care proceedings.
- Handling private law children matters and non:molestation order cases.
- Providing high quality legal advice and representation to clients.
- Supervising and mentoring Junior Solicitors and Caseworkers.
- Ensuring full compliance with Legal Aid Agency requirements.
- Motivated to lead, develop and support a team, either immediately or in the near future.
- Extensive experience in care proceedings, with solid knowledge of private law children and non:mol matters.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage a varied and demanding caseload.
- Flexible and adaptable, particularly in relation to court commitments.
- Open to occasional remote working, where appropriate.
