As an Administrator, you will be vital in ensuring the smooth running of our operations, supporting tutors and learners, and maintaining high standards of compliance and organisation. Your role will involve managing schedules, handling documentation, and assisting with various administrative tasks that keep our college thriving and our students on the path to success.
What You Will Be Doing
* Updating learner records and attendance
* Booking reviews and employer visits
* Scheduling virtual meetings
* Managing learner interviews
* Maintaining learner files
* Monitoring apprenticeship vacancies
* Supporting tutors with paperwork
* Assisting with audits to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
Requirements (Ideal But Not Essential)
* Excellent organisation skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong IT proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams/Zoom
* Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively
* Confident communicator, both written and verbally
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
