The Role - Design Coordinator / Technical Coordinator / Design Manager
My client is currently seeking a talented and driven Design Coordinator or Design Manager to join their growing team, specialising in façade projects (cladding) across a portfolio of live projects.
This role will require someone in the office for four days a week, with one day working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate design activities across multiple remediation projects.
* Collaborate closely with Project Directors and manage input across 8-10 live projects.
* Ensure compliance with the latest Building Safety Act and façade regulations.
* Liaise with clients, external design houses, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is delivered effectively.
Essential: Proven experience in design coordination or design management within the façade industry.
