Inclusive Culture
We celebrate diversity and encourage applications from all backgrounds, particularly global majority candidates, those from a social mobility background, disabled and neuro‑diverse candidates, and candidates under 25, as these groups are currently under‑represented at Brooke.
We recognise that studies show women and global majority candidates are less likely to apply if they feel they do not meet all criteria. If you meet the majority of the qualifications, we would love to hear from you.
Working Arrangements
We offer a variety of flexible working options to support staff and promote inclusive working practices.
