Join us as a Lead Product Owner – Digital Transformation where you will play a pivotal leadership role working alongside the Lead Service Designers. Ability to prioritize and oversee the work and understanding roadmaps, with an influence to check and challenge across various Portfolios. Managing complex relationships with stakeholders will also be key to succeeding in this role.

To be successful as a Lead Product Owner – Digital Transformation, you should have experience with:
* Proven ability in various leadership roles across strategic platforms (e.g., Figma and Salesforce)
* Knowledge of complex technology architecture
* Ability to lead product strategy, develop business cases, and work with Service Designers to define target outcomes
* Experience with data-driven decision making
* Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies and design methods
* Experience creating business cases and presenting to senior stakeholders
This role can be based in London or Knutsford.
Purpose of the role
Manage and develop existing and new products/services, owning related customer and colleague journeys, developing product strategy, driving change, making key lifecycle decisions, and owning outcomes for customers, colleagues, and the bank, through service level agreements, compliance, risk management, and controls.
Accountabilities
* Develop customer-centric strategies and solutions
* Be a Subject Matter Expert guiding stakeholders on products, propositions, and journeys
* Develop product propositions and service strategies, defining priorities and leading execution
* Create business models considering financial drivers
* Evaluate technical feasibility, legal compliance, and risks
* Monitor market trends and feedback for product improvement
* Manage launch plans and technical deployments
* Track key metrics like adoption, satisfaction, and revenue
