Overview
This is a full-time Health and Safety Manager role, based at our head office in Aldridge, Walsall. The role requires regular travel nationwide to live sites and client meetings.
Responsibilities
* Health & Safety and Occupational Health skills
* Oversee health and safety compliance across multiple roofing sites nationwide
* Conduct site audits, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
* Develop and implement safety policies and training programmes
* Liase with clients and internal teams to maintain high safety standards
* Report and investigate incidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken
Qualifications
* Full UK driving license
* Right to work in the UK
* Availability for a prompt start
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Experience in Roofing or Construction related sectors preferred
