The Best Connection Reading are currently recruiting a Warehouse/Forklift Operative for our well-established client based in Aldermaston. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities of the role:
* Operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload vehicles
* Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Assisting with incoming goods
* Re-labelling pallets as required
* Ensuring all goods are handled safely and securely
* Adhering to all health & safety and company procedures
Requirements of the Counterbalance Forklift Driver:
* Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
* Previous experience for a logistics company is an advantage
* Good attention to detail and awareness of health & safety
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
