Construction and Commercial Solicitor (non-contentious) vacancy
The role
This position is within our Commercial team, collaborating closely with our Business Services Team and contentious construction solicitors on business development.
The role is ideal for someone aiming to develop a non-contentious construction law practice while engaging in diverse commercial work, with opportunities to work alongside experienced partners and grow quickly.
Requirements include advising on construction law, including JCT and NEC contracts, and general commercial contract knowledge, demonstrating a commitment to this legal area.
Our clients include international corporations, owner-managed businesses, startups, and scale-ups, requiring adaptable communication tailored to each client.
The role demands practical, real-world legal solutions, bridging the gap between ideal legal standards and practical application.
Involvement in marketing and business development activities is encouraged, including webinars, networking, articles, LinkedIn, client visits, and internal relationship building.
You should be experienced enough to handle matters independently but willing to seek support for complex issues or new areas. Peer discussions and mentoring junior team members are also expected.
This is a unique opportunity to advance your career and help develop a supportive practice environment.
