About you Hold a CIPD Level 5/7 qualification in Learning & Development or Organisational Development (desirable) Proven experience in a training and development role, ideally within construction or facilities management sectors Strong knowledge of designing and delivering bespoke training programmes with measurable outcomes Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills Full driving licence and willingness to travel if required Passionate about developing others and promoting a learning culture What you'll do Manage and continually improve the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring training records and competencies are accurate and up to date Coordinate internal and external training sessions, including logistics and supplier management Deliver business-wide needs analyses and develop customised training solutions Support the performance and succession planning processes through development planning and competency mapping Facilitate safety-critical and compliance training, ensuring all mandatory requirements are met Build strong relationships across teams to embed a learning culture and support talent development Provide regular training and compliance reports and support audits and reviews For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
