Service Care Solutions is working alongside a growing high-street law firm, based in Marlborough, which is seeking an experienced and committed Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team of experts. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in assisting with a variety of property-related matters, including sales, purchases, leases, and renewable schemes. ROLE : Commercial Property Paralegal LOCATION : Marlborough – hybrid SALARY : £30,000 to £35,000 per annum Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Paralegal role: Assisting fee earners with agricultural and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and renewable schemes. Conducting legal research and drafting documents such as contracts, transfers, and lease agreements. Preparing Land Registry applications and managing post-completion formalities. Carrying out property searches and analysing results to advise fee earners and clients. Handle any administrative tasks to support the successful running of the team. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience as a Property Paralegal is desirable, particularly in residential and/or commercial property. Knowledge of Land Registry procedures is an asset. Law Degree / CILEX. Proficient in using case management software and MS Office applications. Ability to work collaboratively within a small team while also taking initiative independently.
