Coffee Shop Assistant Hall Farm Visitor Centre, Norfolk Permanent, Part Time, 8 hours per week £12.21 per hour We’re looking for a friendly and organised Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team at Hall Farm Visitor Centre, which is located in Snetterton, Norfolk. This part-time role is key to ensuring our coffee shop runs smoothly and that every visitor receives a warm welcome and excellent service. The hours will be worked across Saturday and Sunday, from 11am to 3pm. Additional hours are available when required. Key Responsibilities: Greeting all visitors in a warm, professional and welcoming manner Preparing and serving a range of fresh hot and cold food and beverages Assisting with food preparation as needed Taking food and drink orders efficiently to help minimise queues Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and tidiness in the coffee shop area Supporting the Centre Manager and Centre Promotions Officer with end-of-day cashing up Assisting the Centre Manager with stock control Providing general assistance in the Visitor Centre when available Following all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene guidelines at all times About you: You will have previous customer service experience and experience with health and hygiene, data inputting, and event support is desirable. Key skills include strong communication, teamwork and initiative with basic IT and cash handling as a plus. We’re looking for someone who is well presented, organised, has a flexible approach to work and a positive attitude.
