We are looking for a Senior Launch Delivery Manager (Senior LDM) to be the key contact for all Carlsberg Britvic stakeholders involved in the graphics packaging process. This role involves leading, coaching, and supporting the LDM team, combining end-to-end project management expertise with leadership responsibilities. The Senior LDM will drive process improvements, ensure financial accuracy, and deliver excellence for both the client and SGK.
Responsibilities include:
* Full accountability for the packaging project timeline from design briefing to factory production.
* Hosting milestone meetings: kick-offs, design reviews, artwork starts, and post-implementation reviews.
* Maintaining open communication between stakeholders to clarify project objectives.
* Establishing budgets and estimates covering all costs such as artwork, repro, CGI, and plates.
* Flagging risks early and ensuring milestones stay on track.
* Maintaining category activity plans for visibility of peak volumes and clashes.
* Overseeing non-conformance processes and corrective actions for errors.
* Supporting weekly client catch-up calls with updates and improvement opportunities.
Senior responsibilities include:
* Managing team workload, providing guidance and support.
* Supporting and resolving invoicing queries.
* Implementing new processes and ensuring smooth adoption and training.
* Updating forecast documentation, including cost tracking, and communicating changes to the Account Director.
* Escalating critical issues promptly to the AD.
* Supporting efficiency initiatives and updates to the strategic roadmap.
* Leading or supporting go-live, documentation, and training for Wave 3.0.
* Managing and updating the client Artwork Bill of Materials (ABOMBs) and Wave revenue recognition.
* Creating and distributing the SGK newsletter.
* Supporting AD with workload where possible.
* Providing updates to ensure transparency and alignment on workflow or process changes.
Collaboration & Process Improvement:
* Partnering with stakeholders across Marketing, Procurement, Design, Technical, Regulatory, and Print Partners.
* Driving continuous improvements to optimise processes.
* Managing relationships with third parties like PepsiCo and print suppliers.
* Attending print trials, supplier visits, and in-store reviews to ensure quality standards.
* Promoting SGK services to maximise client benefits.
Required skills and experience:
* Proven experience in critical path and end-to-end project management.
* Strong leadership and workload management skills.
* In-depth knowledge of production artwork, repro, CGI, design, and print.
* Financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Highly adaptable, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong planning, time management, and attention to detail.
* Professional handling of complex client situations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, SAP, and familiarity with project tracking tools.
