What you’ll need:
1. Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or similar leadership role in automotive repair
2. Strong understanding of bodyshop processes and quality standards
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills
4. Ability to manage budgets, workflows, and customer relationships effectively
5. Familiarity with vehicle brands such as Tesla, VAG, Volvo, and BMW is advantageous
Nice to have:
6. Prior experience with Autoflow systems
7. Passion for automotive repair and continuous improvement
8. Driving licence with the flexibility to manage multiple sites if required
Preferred Education & Experience:
9. Relevant qualifications in vehicle repairs or management
10. A minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial position within a bodyshop environment
Other Requirements:
11. Full UK driving licence
12. Willingness to work standard hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
13. Motivated to lead a team of around 20 staff and drive performance
