Key Responsibilities
* Provide a wide range of high-quality spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies.
* Deliver exceptional guest care, ensuring a calm, welcoming, and luxurious experience at all times.
* Maintain treatment rooms, therapy equipment, and spa areas to the highest hygiene and presentation standards.
* Advise guests on aftercare, treatment benefits, and suitable home-care products.
* Support spa reception and guest flow when required, ensuring smooth daily operations.

* Assist with the opening and closing procedures for the spa and gym.
* Maintain accurate treatment records and support the management team with stock control.
