MAKING FUTURES SPARKLE
We are looking for a special someone who’ll take responsibility for the first impression of the communal areas of our customers’ homes. As you close the door behind you, you’ll want the next person walking through it to see your achievements.
A well as showcasing your excellent eye for detail you’ll pay particular attention to helping to make our community centres look great.
As part of our dedicated team, no two days will be the same as you will also provide a relief service to ensure our properties are handed over to the new customer ready to move in.
You’ll need your full driving licence and most importantly want to deliver a great service to our customers.
A few key points from our role profile:
* Undertake the internal and external cleaning to properties and associated areas i.e, communal areas, community centres, office, stores etc.
* Undertake other duties as requested by the Supervisor(s)/Company Manager
* Keep accurate vehicle, plant equipment and work programme records.
* Ensure waste is managed in line with the business certified environmental system.

Your weekly hours of work would be 37 with 30 minutes break for lunch break, paid monthly. You'll also get 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and concessionary days holiday at Christmas.
