Content Creator (Videography)
to join our in-house multimedia team and play a key role in producing powerful, on-brand visual content for RICS's global campaigns.
You'll be leading full video projects, from filming and editing people, places and live events, this is a hands-on creative role for someone who's as confident behind the camera as they are in post-production.

What will the role involve?
You'll be part of a small, agile content team delivering multimedia content for commercial marketing and corporate communications campaigns. The role will include:
• Capturing and editing high-quality video and audio for multiple digital channels
• Owning video projects end-to-end, including project management, storyboarding, editing, and preparing content for publication
• Supporting photography needs for campaigns and brand assets
• Collaborating with design, marketing, and comms colleagues to ensure all content is clear, consistent, and impactful
• Advising stakeholders on visual content best practices for different audiences and platforms
• Contributing to the development of a growing brand asset library, including drone footage
• Supporting live and recorded event coverage when needed
• Ensuring all content complies with brand, copyright, and data protection requirements
• Staying current on the latest trends and best practices in video editing and content production
Who are we looking for? We're seeking individuals who will have a variety of the below:
• Demonstrable experience in capturing and editing video and audio content
• A creative mindset and ability to deliver impactful visuals on a modest budget
• Experience owning and managing video projects from concept to delivery
• Experience producing and distributing digital content across multiple channels
• A strong understanding of tailoring content for different audiences and platforms
• Great organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Confidence working independently while staying connected to the wider team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in a matrixed environment
• Drone operation experience or an interest in developing this skill would be a plus
