What you’ll be stepping into:
* Small, well-supported classes with high staff ratios

* Leadership that understands SEN and gives you the autonomy to teach
Your role:
You’ll take full class responsibility within one of the school’s tailored pathways, adapting learning for pupils with SLD, PMLD and autism.
Day to day, you’ll:
* Plan and deliver personalised learning experiences
* Lead and guide support staff effectively
* Use a range of communication strategies to engage pupils
* Create a calm, consistent classroom environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
