Ignite are delighted to be exclusively working with a D2C Health and Wellness brand with a strong Subscription model, this brand is making serious waves in their space. They are looking for an analytical CRM Manager to support the business with their lifecycle marketing and subscription programme.
In this role you will lead on the CRM strategy, campaign execution and performance, ensuring every customer interaction is intentional, personalised and aligned to their brand and commercial goals. The ideal candidate will come from a D2C Subscription brand and will have previous experience with Klaviyo and Skio.
What skills do you need to have to be considered?
⭐️ Candidates MUST have c4 years experience in CRM for a D2C Subscription brand
⭐️ Track record of driving retention, LTV and repeat purchase growth.
⭐️ Analytical mindset.
⭐️ You will have an interest in Health and Wellness.
