We have a brand new opportunity to join us as an IT Project Manager on an initial 9 month FTC. The purpose for this role is to operate independently and ensure the successful completion of the Asset Management System replacement and upgrade the Havebury Finance Management System projects. We own and manage c.7,500 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. Requirements Outline of Key Responsibilities Leading the delivery of a replacement digital platform for the management of housing asset information, including the delivery of integrations into existing housing platforms and services Leading the delivery of a scheduled upgrade to the current finance management system Validate and document the project scope, objectives, and deliverables for assigned projects Develop and maintain project plans, establishing timelines and evaluating and communicating conflicts Managing the project teams, coordinating resources, tracking progress against milestones, and managing risks and issues We are looking for someone who has Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager Operated at a senior level, advising executive management teams and boards on project matters Proven experience in managing projects from initiation to completion Experience in leading and coordinating project teams Experience of delivering technology based solutions and working with technical teams Benefits In return, we are offering An annual salary of £55,000 We are committed to providing a healthy work-life balance for employees and their families, as such we operate hybrid working conditions from home and our office in Bury St Edmunds Flexible working around a 37 hour week Annual Leave - 28 days per year, (plus bank holidays) increasing to 32 days when you reach your 3rd year with us.
