Offenders Service Manager

Responsibilities
As Service Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of safe, effective, and compliant support services. You will guide and develop staff, maintain high standards of practice, and ensure that individuals within the criminal justice pathway are supported to achieve positive outcomes and move towards independence.
It is anticipated that you will undertake on‑call manager responsibilities as part of a rotational schedule.
