To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer-focused team - and right now, we are looking to recruit a Health and Fitness Coach to join our team.
The purpose of the role is to inspire our members to achieve their goals, deliver Group Fitness, Small Group Training sessions, and have the opportunity to deliver Personal Training sessions. You will coach members on effective outlined Health & Fitness programmes appropriate to their needs and advise on the safe use of our exercise equipment. At all times, you will help create a community-oriented environment by building clubs within clubs and always delivering excellent customer service.
The role involves a high level of customer interaction and may require assisting other staff members.
You will help facilitate a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities, free membership, and various discounts.
Serco manages these facilities on behalf of the Trust.
About you
The successful candidate will be passionate and enthusiastic, prideful in their service, and willing to go the extra mile for customers.
You should have a good standard of personal presentation, communication, and customer service skills.
It is essential to have a Level 2 Fitness Instruction qualification and be actively working towards a Level 3 Advanced Instructor qualification.
Experience or interest in the leisure industry is beneficial but not essential.
