Quest Employment is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy and expanding company based in Swan Valley, Northampton.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual looking for a permanent weekend position, supporting warehouse operations in a mixed role that includes both logistics and customer-facing responsibilities.
You will be working with insulation boards and building materials, contributing to both warehouse efficiency and trade counter service.
Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Team Leader, your duties will include:
1. Supervising and supporting a small warehouse team
2. Operating a Reach Truck when required
3. Picking and packing building materials and insulation products
4. Managing goods in/out and maintaining stock organisation
