Job Title: Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care Provider
Location: Huddersfield, UK
Salary: £40,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
Type: Permanent, Full-time
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at a reputable domiciliary care provider in Huddersfield. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and external stakeholders
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation, including CQC standards
4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the service
5. Conduct regular audits and reviews to monitor and improve the quality of care provided
6. Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the financial stability of the service
7. Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance of the service
Requirements:
1. NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
2. Previous experience in a similar management role within the domiciliary care sector
3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders
5. In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
6. Proven track record of managing budgets and resources effectively
7. Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of others
