With multiple exciting projects liveand a majorcampus-wide redevelopmentunderway, this is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of one of Scotland’s most iconic venues.
This newly created role will play a pivotal part in delivering a diverse portfolio oftechnology, digital, and construction-led projects. Reporting to an experienced Head of Projects, you’ll lead a small but capable team, bringing structure, pace, and consistency to high-value, cross-functional programmes.
You’ll act as the bridge between strategy and execution - supporting two Project Managers, engaging stakeholders across the business, and embedding best-practice governance. This is a hands on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in agile, fast-moving environments and is confident navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and evolving requirements.
Key Responsibilities

* Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects and programmes, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery aligned with strategic goals
\t
* Support Project Managers through effective management and tailored mentorship
\t
* Balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in planning, delivery, and reporting
\t
* Manage risks, interdependencies, and resource planning across a complex portfolio
\t
* Champion programme governance and drive continuous improvement across all workstreams
\t
* Engage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
What We’re Looking For
\t
* Proven experience in programme or senior project delivery roles, ideally within large, multi-site or complex organisations
\t
* Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing high performing teams
\t
* Experience delivering transformation across digital, infrastructure or built environment projects
\t
* Skilled at engaging stakeholders at all levels and bringing clarity to evolving programmes
\t
* Comfortable in agile, flexible environments and able to balance pace with governance
\t
* Familiarity with project management methodologies
\t
* Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
