We are seeking an Activities Co-Ordinator to help design and implement a variety of activities for elderly residents. The successful candidate will have the ability to create and implement a wide range of activities tailored to the individual needs of the home and those who live here. This is an exciting time at the organisation, so we are interested in hiring an engaging, energetic and outgoing, fun loving Activities Co-Ordinator/individual(s) who can help us improve the lives of our lovely residents. We are open to 2 candidates to share this role and will happily consider school hours.
Responsibilities:
* Work alongside the team and our residents to schedule and plan fun enjoyable activities
* Support the home for special events
* Engage with the local community to promote the home ensuring the residents are still part of the coomunity they live in
* Communicate with staff, residents, their families/friends, and other individuals, as appropriate.
* Complete any training necessary for this role
* Most of all - to be the best version of yourself
