Are you an analytical and detail-oriented Reward Analyst looking to take your career to the next level? We are recruiting a Reward Analyst to join a fast-paced, global organisation in Maidenhead. As a Reward Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s compensation approach through data-driven insights and best practices. Working closely with the Reward Manager and wider HR team, you’ll support a range of projects using Willis Towers Watson methodologies.
Lead salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures
Prepare gender pay gap reports and provide insights for action planning
Support annual compensation cycles including salary review and bonus planning
Analyse internal and external reward data to inform HR and business decisions
Proven experience in a Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Analyst role
Excellent Excel and data analysis skills
This is a permanent, hybrid role (3 days per week in the office) offering £55,000 - £60,000 per annum.
