We are looking for an L&D Coordinator at The Ivy Collection! (PT 20-22 hours across three working days per week)
The L&D Coordinator provides a full range of learning and development support to all functions of the business, is responsible for the day-to-day administrative training activities and ensures smooth communication and prompt resolution of training-related queries.
Key Responsibilities: Take ownership for all tasks, duties and responsibilities assigned to support the L&D function, ensuring they are successfully completed, in a timely manner, to the required standard.
Coordination
Coordinate training sessions, workshops and events (virtual and in-person)
Act as the main point of contact for training logistics and scheduling
Assist in the coordination and delivery of Support Office inductions
Organise room bookings and training venues, coordinate training suppliers and attendees
Manage room layouts, AV, training collateral and catering as required
Send joining instructions, pre-reading, and post-event communications in a timely and engaging manner
Ensure accurate record keeping and follow-ups
Administration Provide first-line support and user management for the learning experience platform (LXP)
Manage training records and maintain the LXP
Track engagement, attendance and progress, and ensure reporting data is always up to date
Collect and analyse participant feedback pre- and post-training to assess satisfaction and areas for improvement.
Support with reporting, data analysis, and evaluation of learning outcomes
Support the design, editing and printing of high-quality training materials, including handbooks, slides, digital resources, and online content
Assist with onboarding and induction processes
Manage the L&D inbox; provide general L&D guidance and escalate queries as required.
Support the L&D team with internal administrative tasks, e.g. general diary management, travel arrangements, processing expenses, and maintaining spreadsheets.

Have a positive and supportive approach to communication with all stakeholders.
Act as a role model by showing a positive approach to teamwork through excellent team support and communication.
Collaborate with L&D and wider People teams to review, plan, and deliver training aligned with competency requirements.
Support team colleagues with specialised projects and learning design when appropriate and if required
Attend department and Company meetings as required
Adhere to all company rules, regulations, and procedures, actively complying with all reasonable requests or communications from the Company.
Develop and share best practices with the L&D tea.m
Support in the organisation of team welfare activities, events, and HR Campaigns.
In addition to these responsibilities, you are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.
Work location- This is an office-based role, and the incumbent will be required to work from our Conway Street Office. There may be an occasional requirement to visit restaurants or attend off-site meetings in London.
