1. Producer (Daytime, Mon–Fri) – Hits Radio
2. Producer (Daytime, Mon–Fri) – KISS Network
3. Producer (Evenings, Mon–Fri 12.30 – 9pm) – KISS Network
4. Producer (Weekends) – KISS Network (part‑time, Fri 9-5.30pm Sat-Sun 10.30-7pm)
All roles are onsite based in our London office.

Your Role
You’ll produce shows across Hits Radio or the KISS Network, supporting presenters and ensuring everything sounds seamless, energetic and on brand.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
5. Working with presenters across live and pre‑recorded shows to deliver standout, engaging content.
6. Ensuring audience engagement is at the heart of everything we broadcast.
7. Collaborating with social and entertainment teams to deliver brilliant multiplatform moments.
8. Managing logistics for pre‑records including studio bookings and briefings.
9. Editing high quality audio for on-air playout.
10. Ensuring all output complies with Ofcom and internal editorial policies.
11. Troubleshooting live technical issues alongside our Operations Producers to keep everything running flawlessly.
The Skills You Will Bring
Essential:
12. Strong audio editing skills (Adobe Audition).
13. Experience using radio playout systems (Zetta experience a bonus).
14. A deep passion for our brands and the music we play.
15. Understanding of what makes content compelling for young, diverse audiences.
16. Confidence working with high-profile talent.
17. Excellent planning, communication and organisational skills.
18. Experience producing live radio in fast paced, high-pressure environments.
19. Knowledge of contemporary chart, pop, dance or throwback formats.
