What you will be doing:
In this key role, your duties will include the following :
Key Responsibilities :
Dealing with a range of individuals including landlords, tenants as well as internal departments in person / via email
Processing new applicant details including referencing
Registering applicants and properties to let ncluding registration, move ins, advertising and photography
Marketing new properties and carrying out accompanied viewings to grow the portfolio
Updating the CRM systemWhat you will need to succeed:
Experience in a similar role is essential
ARLA Level 3 or equivalent
Strong administration and IT skills including MS Office (word/outlook and excel)
First rate customer service and problem solving skills
Due to the nature of the role, your own transport is essentialWhat you will receive in return :
£26,100
Monday to Friday plus alternate Saturday mornings (time off in lieu given)
