Job Title: Senior Care Assistant

Salary: £13.31 to £24.61
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities? West Street Home is a warm and welcoming residential home dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centred care for our 13 residents. We are currently looking for compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic senior care assistants to join our team.
What is the day-to-day of the role:
Provide compassionate personal care and emotional support
Assist with mobility, meals, and daily routines
Work collaboratively with nurses and other care professionals
Help maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environment
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleaguesRequired Skills and Qualifications
A genuine passion for caring for others
Good communication and teamwork skills
At least 6 months UK care experience within the last 3 years
A positive attitude and a kind heart
