My client is looking for a motivated and driven individual who is looking to sink their teeth into a transactional finance role progressing into a month end focus position. This role would be perfect for someone looking to develop and learn over both the short and long term! Job Description
3. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely updates to financial systems.
4. Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment reconciliations.
5. Prepare and review financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Support month-end
7. Monitor and manage bank transactions, ensuring all accounts are reconciled.
8. Collaborate with wider finance team to understand their roles in order to cover
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
9. Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger role would be preferred
10. Motivated to progress and develop in finance
11. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
12. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
13. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
14. A commitment to delivering accurate and timely financial information.
