Private Dental Associate
XO Dental, a state-of-the-art private practice in Preston, is looking for an experienced associate who is professional, energetic and enthusiastic about caring for patients.
Position Highlights:
1) Earning potential (£1500-£2500 per day NET) Based on one day a week earnings on current associates, ie the lowest performing earns £1500 net and the highest performing earns £2500.
2) The XO Patient Experience: Every consult will have the benefit of half an hour to spend with our excellent TCO after their consultations, thus leading to a treatment conversion rate of 80% across the board.
3) The XO Boost – why start slow? At XO your first 2 working weeks will be filled with entirely smile makeover and Invisalign Consultations, you will be supported with a Therapist and Treatment Co-ordinator.
4) Support and mentorship from XO founder Dr Adam Patel BDS (Hons) MSc (Merit – Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics) PgDip (Aesthetique University of Lyon).
* Available 5 days a week and 24/7 Dr Adam is on hand to mentor in complex restorative dentistry, challenging Invisalign cases, sales and treatment planning and his personal favourite – suction dentures
5) Invisalign Diamond Blue II 48% discount to ensure cases are built not only on volume but also profitability.
6) Optional Implant mentorship long term.
Requirements
1) Portfolio of work – At XO we expect the very best for our patients, and therefore to determine if a candidate is suitable, a portfolio of work is necessary.
2) Confidence in performing Invisalign treatment plans and composite bonding as well as more complex restorative work such as opening the vertical dimension in tooth wear cases (The bulk of the work you will provide will be these 3 treatment modalities, the majority of basic works such as fillings and cleans will be referred to our highly trained therapist). Mentorship is available for this level of work, however, a basic understanding must be present.
Days Available : 6 days a week available (initial trial period will be Saturday to assess competency and performance and thereafter opportunity to work Tuesday - Saturday will be made available)
